Here's how to lose inches fast... from all over your body. You'll lose your fat in minimal time with little effort. If you do a lot of walking or jogging on a treadmill, this article is especially important to you because you're probably wasting a lot of time and getting almost no results.
How to Lose Inches Fast
A common question I get about exercising from my online clients is "What are the best exercises to lose inches and pounds fast?" The answer: DO HIIT (high intensity interval training).
It doesn't matter what exercise you do... just as long as you mix in high intensity and fast-paced intervals with slower paced and low intensity intervals.
You can do this with running/jogging/walking, the stair-stepper, the elliptical machine, the stationary bike (ugh, please avoid this thing... but if you insist on doing it, use HIIT, the treadmill, etc. Basically any cardio equipment.
High intensity is relative to the person. So don't worry if you can't run fast. Just put in the effort to run as fast as you can. That's what counts. Not the actual speed.
So what you'll want to do is mix in 10-15 seconds of high intensity and follow each of those intervals up with 20-30 seconds of low intensity. You can adjust those numbers to work for you, but aim for something in that range.
The more in shape you are, the shorter your low intensity intervals should be. You can adjust them down to 15-20 seconds.
But anyway, get in 20 minutes of HIIT 3-4 days a week and your body will peel off the pounds and inches.
How to lose inches fast is easy if you just use this concept of HIIT with any cardio exercise you do... this saves you time and gets you 2-4 times the results.
