How can you gain massive muscle and strength with just 7 minutes of intense muscle sculpting a day? Before I read Jon Benson's book 7 minute muscle, I used to used to spend countless hours in the gym. I really didn't believe that this was possible, after all I just told you I used to spend countless hours in the gym. But if you know anything about sculpting muscles, you know it requires quite a bit of reps with light weight' so what did I have to lose. After buying and reading the E book 7 minute muscle, I came to understand that I was taking way to many supplements. The first real challenge was letting go of almost all my supplements. I really worked hard and I grew very dependent on taking these to maintain the muscle I had developed. It was hard trying to understand that this was a necessary step to gain massive muscle and strength with just 7 minutes of intense muscle sculpting, but if I really want the best results then I must follow the program exactly as it is written. I had to think like this to bring myself around. The human body is a really unique piece of machinery and can be trained to adapt to almost anything. That article helped me understand that the human body is really capable of doing almost anything, if you know how to train it. Well over that obstacle and on to the workout.

I mean the E book is so interesting, easy to understand and full of serious facts. Then as if the E book wasn't simple enough, It has 6 easy to follow videos with a bonus video to. You can tell that he is really passionate about helping people like you and me understand that we spend way to much time in the gym, and way to much money on supplements. In fact he cares so much that he not only included a 7 minute muscle workout but a 14, and 21 minute workout also. I guess he understood how stubborn some of us really are when it comes to letting go.
After reading all the material and watching all the videos I felt so confident. I really understood what Jon Benson was trying to make me realize. I really felt like I could gain massive muscle and strength with just 7 minutes of intense muscle sculpting a day. I went at it hard, and in exactly 7 minutes later I was worn out and dripping with sweat but I actually felt good about the whole workout. I didn't feel like I had wasted my money at all. I am now three weeks into this 7 minute muscle workout and I am actually starting to see some noticeable gains. I highly recommend 7 minute muscle to anyone striving to sculpt that perfect physique all the way around. It can really be done. You will have to switch your diet around, drop some supplements and actually spend less time in the gym but it's actually worth it and as long as you follow it exactly as it is written IT REALLY WORKS!
