What are the best fat burning exercises to do? Well I guess you want to burn some body fat using the best fat burning workouts. Here I have some tips on the best workouts you could do at the comfort of your own home. If you never worked out before, I strongly suggest that you take it easy when starting out. These workout tips I learned them from a popular manual Called Turbulence Training. This is a home fitness workout program for those individuals who want to do some effective workouts at home with the least amount of time.
The following are the best fat burning exercises to do:
1. First exercise is to "Squat With Dumbbells", You start out by standing with your feet shoulder width apart while holding dumbbells with both hands at your side. Hold your head straight while you maintain your natural arch of your back, knees soft. Inhale (breath in) as you bend at the knees and hips to your sitting position, or as low as possible without hurting yourself or discomfort. Allow both arms to swing forward for balance. When doing this exercise, make sure that your buttocks don't drop below the level of your knees and your knees don't extend beyond your toes. Breath in, slowly rising to a straight standing position with knees and hips are straight, allowing your arms to drop back to the sides. Here is an important tip about this exercise; To boost your intensity, hold dumbbells with both hands but if you don't have them (they are cheap at the local stores), just perform this workouts at a slower pace (slowly). This will increase intensity and overall results. Do these squats by squatting down to a slow count of 8, and back up to a slow count of 4. Another thing is to select a resistance level and that is by either using dumbbells or just your body as long as you are able to hit muscle fatigue in repetition ranges of 12 to 20.
2. The second exercise is "The average Joe push ups". These are classic push ups to be more specific. Lie and face down the ground, floor or mat. Put your hands on the floor and palms down, position them slightly wider than your shoulder width apart, and toes curled under the floor. Make sure that your backs and legs are straight. Don't skip this step because is important. Breath in as you straighten your both arms and push yourself away from the floor. Breath in and lower yourself back to a point where your chest comes to a few inches of the floor. Repeat this to muscle fatigue in the range of 15-20 repetitions. Here is another tip to increase intensity; Elevate the feet on a bench or step making sure that your hands remain on the floor to increase intensity. To reduce the overall intensity, perform the following modified push ups: Everything is the same as in the average Joe push ups except that you have to bend your knees and make sure that they remain on the floor throughout the movements instead of the feet. Repeat to muscle fatigue in the range of 15 to 20 repetitions.
3. The third best fat burning exercise is called "Leg Raise". Very simple! Lie supine on a carpet, make sure that your legs are straight and both hands under your buttocks to help with proper position. With your head off the floor a few inches, breath in slowly and bring your knees to your chest (kinda like folding them towards your chest). If possible, you may support your head and neck with a soft cloth like a bath towel. While making sure that your back is firmly pressed into the floor (make sure that your back is flat), breath in as you strengthen your legs, then go back to the initial position where you started. Again repeat this to muscle fatigue in the ranges of 20 to 30 repetitions. Also for boosting your intensity on this fat burning exercise, make sure that you kick your legs straight out and near the floor. kicking your legs higher up and away from the floor will reduce intensity.
I hope that you find these fat burning exercises helpful on your workouts. Fat burning workouts like these ones are best explained in the program called Turbulence Training.
