Here's how to shrink belly fat fast. I'm going to show you how to lose inches off your waist in just minutes a day. It's fast, it's simple, and perfect for busy women who can't get to the gym as much as they want.
Shrink Belly Fat Fast
1. You'll need to create a big oxygen debt while working out to force your body to get rid of belly fat... for that I recommend that you do Hindu Squats for 3 minutes at a time.
First, if you don't know what hindu squats... they're nothing more than bodyweight squats. The only difference, you do them as fast as humanly possible. This creates the cardio-induced oxygen debt.
I recommend to my clients to do at least 20 per minute. I have my clients do anywhere from 1-5 minutes straight of this exercise.
But for the purposes of making it somewhat easy for you while still getting belly fat results, I want you to do 3 minutes non-stop. Your goal is 60 in those 3 minutes. If you get more, awesome, move up to 4 minutes and 80 squats.
If you don't get 60, keep practicing until you do. It's worth it. So far, I only asked for 3 minutes of your time. If you want to do more than 3 minutes, be my guest. I do up to 10 minutes a day.
2. The hula hoop is a great piece of equipment that targets your belly and hips perfectly.
For the sake of proving my point, have you ever seen the waist and hips of a belly dancer? If you have, you'll notice they look really feminine and sexy. It's a nice feminine look, while still having nice abs.
Well, the hula hoop basically mimics those movements.
So go buy a hula hoop. I suggest you get a weighted hula hoop. Don't bother with the kid's version since those are light and hard to keep from falling to the ground.
Once you get the hula hoop, start spinning it around your waist for 5, 10, or 15 minutes a day.
One thing that's great is you don't have to do it all at once. It's actually better if you space it out in 2 minute intervals here and there. It's better for your metabolism and easier on your schedule.
