Here are some top choice exercises to flatten your belly. These are not only good for short term belly fat reduction, but also over the long term. They just take a few minutes of your time, yet you get a lifetime of sexy abs.

Cardio Exercises - Walking on an incline, stairstepper HIIT

Walking on an incline - Great for creating an oxygen debt which forces the body to burn off body fat. You can incline a treadmill however high you want. I prefer 15 degrees. Walk for 20 minutes. Good job!

Stairstepper HIIT - Use the manual buttons and do high intensity intervals on the stairstepper. Do about 20 seconds of easy paced stepping and follow it up with about 10 seconds of really intense hard stepping. Continue with that sequence until you're done. Get some water... YOU EARNED IT!

I do this for 6 minutes at a time, rest 2 minutes while I drink water, then repeat another 3 times for a total of 24 minutes.

Isometric Exercises - Vacuum Pose and Ab Squeezes

Vacuum Pose - Suck in your stomach. Pretty basic, but it works. The longer and harder you hold it, the better your results. 5-10 minutes a day and you'll lose some serious inches within a month. I consider this the best exercise BY FAR out of all abs exercises.

Ab Squeezes - Tighten up your abs and squeeze them together... HARD. Now hold that for 15 seconds. Rest, repeat. I suggest you do this for 3 minutes everyday.
