Burning Belly Fat is Easy With Exercise!

By Brandon Walsh

If you really want to burn belly fat, you're going to have make a commitment to yourself. No whining, no excuses - simply infuse your lifestyle with exercise, healthier habits, and a long-term plan for success.

And, if you've let your belly fat accumulate over the years, it is unfair to expect to drop it all at once with some miracle cure - unless of course you decide on liposuction or 'the wrap' - and even so, you'll need to keep the weight off after you lose it, no matter what method you choose.

Most people know that increased belly fat has been linked to health problems in other areas, particularly cardiovascular problems. Most people also know that they need to do the work if they want to lose fat. Some will try supplements like Hoodia, a powerful appetite suppressant. But eating less alone will not get the results you desire, you must also exercise!

Exercise: Sorry, there's no way around it. Studies have shown that the higher-impact the workout, the more fat will be burned. Even crunches and sit-ups won't help you if you that's all you are doing. As belly fat can be quite stubborn, you are going to have to reduce your overall percentage of body fat before you see results. If you are overweight and thus unable to do a high-impact workout, begin with walking or swimming regularly and build yourself up. 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise is considered the baseline, and longer, more strenuous workouts are recommended.
